You can now purchase Microsoft licensing at two different rates. A rate for monthly commitment / 1 month contract and a lower rate for an annual commitment. Here is the new pricing for our most commonly purchased licenses (all prices are excluding VAT):

Licensing Notes
If you choose annual pricing please note the following:
It’s not possible to reduce the number of your licenses and get a pro-rata refund
You can increase the license quantity at the same annual rate, charged pro-rata
It’s possible to split your licensing between annual and monthly commitments, meaning you’ll be charged the lower rate for your annual committed licenses and the higher rate for monthly committed
For Monthly Licensing, pricing can change in the future
Licenses issued to someone, who then leaves/doesn’t need the license, can be reassigned to a new starter or other user within the same Microsoft tenant.
Billing Changes
To ease the billing and administration burden, all annual commitment invoices will be invoiced at the time of order and monthly commitment invoices will be invoiced in arrears. Licenses will automatically renew at the end of each period (annual or monthly).
