We migrate existing businesses to Office 365 in four steps:

We meet with all customers to assess their individual needs, answer questions, advise on the migration process, and provide a fixed price quote. This stage is free and there is no obligation to proceed to stage 2.

We take a more in-depth look at existing servers, export user lists, identify existing data stores, and prepare for data migration. If there are any hidden or excess costs, we will tell you about them at this stage and you can feel free to cancel without any additional fees.

Once the data is prepared, we start the migration phase. Copying data can often take a few days but we keep your existing systems, especially email services, running at all times. We also configure your Outlook applications and ensure that relevant security standards, such as two-factor authentication (essential for GDPR compliance) are in place.

Once the data is migrated and the services swapped over, our team of technicians and engineers will be on hand to answer user queries — onsite, remote and by telephone — as needed.

DataConnectivity’s Office 365 licensing options include:

  • Business Essentials (up to £3.80 per month) – This license provides you with the two essential services: Hosted Email (Exchange) and SharePoint (online File Storage). It's ideal for customers who have already bought the office 2013/2016 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and now want to adopt the Microsoft Cloud.
  • Business (up to £7.90 per month) – This license is designed for businesses that want to adopt the mainstream Office applications, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, without a large initial outlay for a perpetual license (approximately £180 when purchased with a new computer). It's ideal for startups and established businesses alike, as it allows you to leverage existing investments in email servers and file storage. You can then upgrade at a later date when those investments reach end-of-life.
  • Business Premium (up to £9.80 per month) – This is the best of both worlds and combines all of the standard Office applications, like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with best-in-class email, calendar sharing, online file storage (Sharepoint), and Microsoft Teams.
